* "The Lady in White," believed to be Letitia Burwell.

*A man's voice has been caught on EVP's - could be Mr. Burwell, a soldier, etc.

*Witnessed phantom flashes of light or energy (possibly an energy trying to manifest).

*A child has been photographed and has also been seen using paranormal detection equipment.

*Shadow person has been witnessed upstairs on multiple occasions.

*Reports of a hearing a cat meow and purring, as well as paw steps across the floor.

*Footsteps and the rustling of skirts have been heard.
